ANNUAL MEETING
Our Annual meeting will held this Friday, June 13th at 7:00 pm at the club. All members are encouraged to come and participate in the election of officers and directors for the upcoming year.
​
All voting will be in-person only, so we strongly encourage our membership to attend.
​
It is also a time to enjoy the company and camaraderie of fellow members.
The order of business will be approval of the minutes from last year’s meeting (which were previously sent to you), reports of officers and committees followed by election of officers and directors for the upcoming year. After the election, unfinished business and new business will be discussed.
Light refreshments will be provided. We hope to see you there !
